Wealthy Texas family ranch divided into luxurious individual parcels
Athens, Texas, June 4, Once upon a time, wealthy families owned vast tracts of ranch land across Texas, but those days are coming to an end. Now one of those ranches, which consisted of 2,150 acres of rolling green hills surrounding a 328-acre, crystal clear lake is now to be sold in 1-5 acre, low-density parcels.
